Recent climate change developments produce more frequent and powerful catastrophic storms that threaten the stability of food systems and rural existence and economic systems. Weather pattern fluctuations naturally affect the agricultural sector. A strong data-based method is necessary to understand and minimize climate threats, which will enable agricultural resilience. The research demonstrates the capability of utilizing satellite-derived precipitation alongside temperature anomaly and vegetation health indicators, and soil moisture data together with local environmental agricultural statistics for agricultural climate impact evaluation and monitoring, and forecasting purposes. The main goal of this research is to create resilient agricultural systems, which is made possible by sophisticated geospatial techniques and multisource climatic data. The monitoring process makes use of satellite imagery together with spatial-temporal analysis methods. Remote sensing imaging done through time-series analysis (with NDVI or EVI), combined with spatial interpolation of meteorological station data supported by geostatistical modeling, allows investigators to assess vulnerability. These constitute vital investigative techniques. Warning systems and adaptive agricultural planning create abutment through geospatial decision-support tools that create maps for climate-induced hazards, including floods and droughts. Using agriculture and climate datasets allows for developing dynamic suitability assessments of crops and developing planning scenarios, and establishing climate-smart agricultural areas. There should be trustable applications that demonstrate the real-world effects of precision farming techniques and optimized irrigation schedules by the studies across different climate-sensitive regions that also propose sustainable land management recommendations. Results demonstrate that sustainable progress in farm adaptation depends on developing geographical climate data integration alongside strengthening food supply resilience and producing policy frameworks for adapting to climate change and SDGs implementation.
