Gaming is almost unrecognisable since the days of the Sinclair ZX80 or Atari 2600.
With 3D graphics and high-definition 4K resolution now ubiquitous gaming has come a long way, in fact it is now a multi-billion dollar industry with professional eSport players packing out whole arenas for international competitions.
But how do these players play better and with more accurate reflex times? Is it just by practicing or can technology help?
