A Lero team has been shortlisted for the 2019, Tech Excellence Awards. Manoj Kesavulu, Markus Helfert and the Usage Analytics Group at Lero, DCU have made the final in the very competitive Private Sector Project of the Year category.

The Project of the Year Awards recognise technology projects that have delivered outstanding operational and competitive advantage. They are presented to the organisation or group responsible for delivering transformational technology to clients in the categories: Private Sector; Public Sector; or, SME.

Joining Lero at DCU as finalists in the Private Sector Project of the Year category are AIB & Integrity360, Asystec, Enterprise Defence (a Fastcom company), ICON plc, Intellicom, Logicalis and RedFlare.

Awards will be presented on the night to the Person of the Year, Company of the Year and CIO of the Year. A Career Recognition Award, a Lifetime Achievement Award and a Hibernia Award will also be bestowed upon people who have made extraordinary contributions to the Irish technology industry.

RTE broadcaster Sarah McInerney will present the Tech Excellence awards on May 23, in Citywest Hotel, Dublin.
