Dr Marksu Helfert (Project Leader), Marija Bezbradica and Manoj Kesavulu have received the prestigious DCU Presidents Award for Industrial Engagement for their project with IBM on “Usage Analytics – User level SaaS-based Usage Analytics”. The project goal is to investigate user-level usage analysis in cloud systems analysing customer usage data. The team investigates approaches for analyzing cloud on/off-boarding trends, trajectories and risk assessmentsto determine which features and functions are usedin cloud system. Suitable application scenarios and cloud based systems are being investigated to develop a suitable architectural approach.
