Samson Oludapo
PhD Student
Samson Oludapo is a doctoral researcher working on a project funded by Science Foundation Ireland. The purpose of this project is to explore how organisations can embed Digital Transformation (DT) using the Normalisation Process theoretical (NPT) lens. This project will look at why digital transformation fails and propose how the tenets of NPT can be used to efficiently embed and retain transformation strategies. This includes understanding the “what and how” to digitally transform with a people-centric approach. This approach to understanding DT is important because in recent years DT has emerged as a debatable research topic in the Information System community as well as for practitioners.
His research interests include DT, multi-decision making techniques, no code-low code, innovative strategies, Lean and Agile methodologies, and supply chain.
Samson holds a BSC degree in Accounting and Finance from Lagos State University; a Master’s degree in Operation Management from University Malaysia Pahang; plus, Project Management Certification. He’s had over 5 years of industry experience with a leading computer hardware manufacturer. "
