Zaira Rivera Fernandez

Zaira is a SFI funded PhD candidate researching the complex ecosystem of smart cities from and IS perspective. She focuses on technology adoption of pilots in Irish and Northern Irish cities and their contribution to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Previously she worked in different areas of local government including smart cities, international relations, innovation and communications. She holds a BA in Media and Communication, a MSc in Sustainable Development and a MSc in Marketing.
